Description

Emotion appeared when people are stressed. Stress in workplace always aroused from conflicts. The capability to manage team member’s emotion is one of the key elements to lead the team toward success. In this training, three key concept participants can obtain; first, participant can learn the strategies to design a harmony team hierarchy. Second, participant can grab the practical techniques to identify people emotion under conflict circumstance. Third, participants’ leadership skills can be enhancing through accomplishing the team development strategies and soft skills techniques to lead team to a higher success level.
