Description
This course provides the foundation principles of Agile project management. Participants could identify the generic ideas on the differences between “Waterfall” and “Agile” ; Throughout case studies, participants will be able to see how “Waterfall” approach and “Agile” approach appear in a complementary way rather than a competitive way.
This course is part of the PMI-ACP® Agile Project Management series, upon completion of this workshop, participants could be able to pick up the whole PMI-ACP® Agile Project Management course in an easier way.
